We want you to love your Ramy Brook purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately after completion.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
